What do you mean by ‘Quick Estimate’?

Our Quick Estimate is designed to give you a rough idea of the cost for a loft installation as quickly as possible.
We’ll ask for various types of information from you and then one of our surveyors will be in touch within around 3 working days with your estimate.
If you’re happy with that estimate, and would like to proceed with the work, we’ll ask for a deposit and conduct a survey at the property.
We’ll then provide you with a final quote for the work and carry out the installation on the next available date.

What we’ll be asking you

This is the kind of info we’ll need…

Firstly, we recommend you using a smartphone to complete this form.
We’ll need you to send us photos of the outside of your house, around your loft hatch and inside your loft.
We’ll ask you to make some measurements of the hatch and the height of your ceiling.
We’ll need to know roughly how much stuff is in your loft.
And finally, we’ll need you to have a fairly good idea of what you’d like to have installed.

To create your estimate, it is vital for us to have a quick look inside your loft. Therefore, if you don't currently don't have a ladder please try to borrow one from a friend or neighbour. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SAFETY AT ALL TIMES. IF YOU CAN'T DO THIS PART SAFELY, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT IT.
